The Block

Prior to building our home at 10 Mirrabucca Promenade in 2010 we lived nearby in Vincent Drive.  This part of the estate was being released by the developers and we saw this block and fell in love with the view.

While the “wetlands” across the road looked dry we were told that they were indeed wet. We were in the middle of the drought and the grass looked dead however the trees were flourishing. We went to check and sure enough it was so wet that we sunk into the mud up to the top of our shins.

The block was purchased before the estate had been completed and we enjoyed walking over to see the civil engineering progress and watch our block take shape.
