Sold sign should go on the property today
We have been waiting for finance to be approved and we are happy to say that it has been approved today. We had an official offer the day of the second Open for Inspection (5/5/2012) and we accepted an offer on the following Monday. Thanks to Lorraine who chased down the interested parties on Sunday and Monday and we trust that the new owners will love this house as much as we have.
I wont be updating this site anymore but will leave it live as I will be using it as a case study for my online marketing consulting work. The Roos are back for a second visit
Pottering around the house today I looked out the window and saw a pod (is that the correct term?) of Kangaroos. The oldest boys had a couple of fights. No harm done and I am sure it impressed the girls.
Hope they also enjoy our open for inspection today.
Open for Inspection again today
Make sure you get along and check out the house. Even on a cold day I am sure you will love it. Just a little hint, the warmest place on the property is actually in the spa….unfortunately the coldest place on the property is standing next to the spa in your swimmers!!
Heater on this morning
Great to have the heater turned on this morning as I woke up.

An Auction and an Open for inspection…. too much.
Lucky the indian shop on McDonalds Rd does such great Butter chicken. There was some debate about whether we should get the Kebabs from opposite Bunnings just down the road too. They are devine!! Butter chicken won out as it will make great leftovers for tomorrow
Look at who else is showing up for an open for inspection!
Even the South Morang kangaroos are showing up for the open for inspection. Did you spy them in the wetlands?

Getting Ready for an Open for Inspection & and Auction
Exciting day ahead for us, first we have an auction to attend, our first, to see how they run. The at 2:00 the house will be open for the first public inspection. Lots to do, tidying up etc
The spa is running at a cold 22 degrees today. Left the temperature drop as I wasnt going to use it during the week. May have to fire it up for this evening though.

Private Inspection Monday 23rd
We were happy to welcome another visitor for an inspection, we hope they liked the property and maybe pop back on Saturday the 28th at 2:00PM for the first official Open For Inspection.
