Getting Ready for an Open for Inspection & and Auction

Exciting day ahead for us, first we have an auction to attend, our first, to see how they run. The at 2:00 the house will be open for the first public inspection.  Lots to do, tidying up etc

The spa is running at a cold 22 degrees today.  Left the temperature drop as I wasnt going to use it during the week.  May have to fire it up for this evening though.
