In early 2010 we decided to start looking into building our dream home. We settled on a design by Simonds, the Hillcrest 2100, and modified it to suit our corner block.
While the garage was originally designed to be at the front was were able to create three additional rooms within this space and then built a garage on the back of the block. An example of the original design and some photos of a display home can be seen here.
