Busy Day!!
An Auction and an Open for inspection…. too much.
Lucky the indian shop on McDonalds Rd does such great Butter chicken. There was some debate about whether we should get the Kebabs from opposite Bunnings just down the road too. They are devine!! Butter chicken won out as it will make great leftovers for tomorrow
Look at who else is showing up for an open for inspection!
Even the South Morang kangaroos are showing up for the open for inspection. Did you spy them in the wetlands?

Getting Ready for an Open for Inspection & and Auction
Exciting day ahead for us, first we have an auction to attend, our first, to see how they run. The at 2:00 the house will be open for the first public inspection. Lots to do, tidying up etc
The spa is running at a cold 22 degrees today. Left the temperature drop as I wasnt going to use it during the week. May have to fire it up for this evening though.

Private Inspection Monday 23rd
We were happy to welcome another visitor for an inspection, we hope they liked the property and maybe pop back on Saturday the 28th at 2:00PM for the first official Open For Inspection.
Lazy Sunday Afternoon
Really nice to spend a bit of time in the spa today, after a bit of gardening it is a great way to wind down.
Very Excited - Our First Inspection
We are waiting to hear back from our agent about the first inspection. Thank you to the person who visited. We hope you love the place. Just a reminder though that the first Open for Inspection is next weekend, the 28th of April.
Section 32 has been signed
Getting home from work today we had a letter from our solicitors, it was the Section 32, I suppose its all real now. We cal sell our home!!

First Open For Inspection - 28th March
Time is to be confirmed but we are pretty sure it will be at 2:00. We really hope you can come along and check out the house in person. I reckon you will love it.
